  • No long term commitments
  • Pets allowed onboard

Charter Flights Sized to the Trip

We book turboprop charter for short hops, light jet charter for small groups on regional trips, and midsize jet charter when you want a stand-up cabin and more range. Super-midsize jet charter and heavy jet charter cover coast-to-coast and long-range flights with bigger groups and more bags. Empty leg flights are worth asking about on the phone when an aircraft is already headed your way. Each page below explains what that aircraft does well and where it costs more than it should.

  • Turboprop Charter

A pressurized turboprop is often the lowest total cost for regional trips with four to eight passengers, and it can use shorter runways than most jets.

  • Light Jet Charter

A fast, efficient jet for four to seven passengers on regional trips, priced point to point so you only pay for the legs you fly.

  • Midsize Jet Charter

A roomier cabin, an enclosed lavatory and longer nonstop range for groups and trips that run three hours or more.

  • Super-Midsize Jet Charter

Nonstop range for longer trips, room for up to about nine passengers, and a cabin you can stand and work in.

  • Heavy Jet Charter

Large-cabin jets for big groups, long nonstop routes and overseas trips, quoted point to point with the costs spelled out.

  • Empty Leg Flights

Fly on a jet that is already heading your way empty, and pay less than a standard one-way charter in exchange for some flexibility on timing.

Straight Answers From a Greenfield Charter Company

We are a small charter company in Greenfield. We plan trips from our office and over phone and video, so there is no need to drive in. The people we fly are business owners, executives, families and groups who want private travel without joining a program.

We treat a charter like any large purchase. The first price counts, but so does the cost of the whole trip and the ones that follow. A low quote that grows with fees, or a jet double the size you need, ends up costing more. We would rather say so before you book.

What Changes the Cost of a Charter

Charter is mostly billed by the hour, but that rate is just the start. Your route, your dates and the length of your stay all shift the total. These are the pieces we weigh when we put your quote together.

We build each quote around your trip, dates and group. Before you agree to anything, we review the total with you on the phone, charge by charge.

Size of the aircraft
Larger planes cost more each hour to fly and staff. On the same route, a turboprop and a heavy jet can be priced far apart, so choosing the right size matters more than anything else.
Miles flown and fuel stops
A longer route means more hours in the air. A smaller plane may have to stop for fuel, adding time and another landing fee. A larger jet flying straight through can end up costing about the same.
Length of your stay
A crew waiting overnight brings hotel and per diem costs. For trips lasting several days, sending the plane off and calling it back can be the better deal. We quote it both ways so you can compare.
Airport and FBO charges
Each FBO charges its own handling, parking and facility fees, and large city airports tend to cost more. We often look at a smaller field nearby to see whether it saves money without a much longer drive.
Dates and demand
Aircraft book up quickly around holidays and big event weekends, and rates rise with them. Planning ahead opens up more choices. Last-minute trips can still work, with fewer options.
Cold-weather mornings
Indiana winters mean de-icing fees on frosty mornings. Since it is a real charge, we put it on winter quotes up front so it does not surprise you later.

How Booking a Flight Works

Most trips take one phone call to price and one more to confirm. Here's the order of things.

  1. 1

    Tell us the trip

Call and give us your dates, departure and arrival cities, number of passengers, bags and any pets. Mention if you need wifi or have a tight meeting time.

  2. 2

    We price the options

We line up aircraft that fit and price them point to point. Usually you'll hear two or three choices, with the trade-offs spelled out plainly.

  3. 3

    You pick and confirm

You choose the aircraft and sign off on the all-inclusive quote. We confirm the crew, the FBO and the schedule, and go over the details with you by phone.

  4. 4

    Flight day

You drive to the FBO, park close and walk to the aircraft. No long security lines. Your bags go on with you and the departure runs on your schedule.

Why People Fly With Us

A low first number can turn into a costly trip. We add up the return, the waiting and the fees so the decision still holds up once you are on the ground.

  1. 01

    One-way means one-way

You never get round trip pricing. Out on Monday and back on Friday? We do not charge for a plane parked on the ramp all week or one flying home empty. Your bill covers the flights you are on.

  2. 02

    Every charge in writing

Each all-inclusive quote breaks out flight time, fuel, landing and FBO fees, crew costs and taxes. Nothing hidden turns up later. If a line confuses you, ask and we will explain it.

  3. 03

Sized to fit, not to impress

Four passengers going 400 miles seldom need a midsize jet. We will say when a turboprop or light jet costs less for the same trip, and when a bigger plane comes out cheaper by flying nonstop. Over a year, that adds up.

  4. 04

    Nothing to sign up for

There are no long term commitments. Fly once or twenty times. You never buy into a deposit plan or race to use hours before they run out.

  5. 05

    Bring the dog, bring work

Pets are allowed, so your dog sits in the cabin with you. Plenty of trips can go on WIFI equipped aircraft, which helps when the flight is part of your workday.

First Questions From Travelers

How is a charter priced?

Most of it is flight time on the aircraft you choose. Landing fees, FBO handling, crew costs and taxes are added to that. We price point to point, so you pay only for the legs you fly. Each quote is all-inclusive and lists every charge on its own line.

Am I charged a return leg when I fly one way?

No. One-way trips are never priced as round trips. If you fly back later, we quote that as its own flight, which is often cheaper than holding a plane and crew for you.

What happens if the plane has a mechanical problem?

Mechanical insurance covers up to 100% of what a replacement flight costs. If your aircraft cannot fly, we start finding another one right away so your trip still goes.

Can my dog fly with me?

Yes, pets can fly. On the call, tell us how many and their size, and we will pick an aircraft with room for them and give the crew a heads-up.

Is there internet on board?

You can fly on WIFI equipped aircraft. It is not on every plane for every route, so tell us if you need to work in the air and we will quote aircraft that have it.

What does empty leg mean?

It is a flight with no passengers aboard, often heading back to base after dropping people off. If one matches your route and timing, the price can be far below a standard charter. The catch is that the plane's schedule decides when you go, not yours.

How early should I call to book?

Calling sooner means more aircraft to choose from and usually better prices. For trips that cannot wait, we pick up 24/7 and tell you honestly what is able to fly.

Do I need to sign a contract or prepay for hours?

No. You are not locked into anything. Every trip is booked and paid for separately.
